- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 5–8 years of hands-on Warehouse Management Systems support or implementation experience
- Mandatory working experience with Manhattan WMoS or Manhattan Active WMS
- Strong Excel and SQL proficiency for operational analysis
- Experience with reporting and visualization tools
Nice to have
- MuleSoft experience
- SAP AFS and/or S/4HANA integration exposure
- Global retail or apparel industry experience
