- 3+ years experience with Bachelor's in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (or 2+ years with Master's, or Ph.D.)
- Strong programming in C, C++, and Python
- GPU API-level programming experience with Vulkan, OpenGL, or OpenCL
- Understanding of GPU hardware architecture and low-level performance profiling
- Hands-on neural rendering application development at API level
- Knowledge of ML operators including GEMM, convolution, and activations
- Ability to analyze hardware constraints and develop software optimizations
