Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 4 years of engineering experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, manufacturing, or regulated environments
- Knowledge of FDA GMP and EMA regulatory requirements
- Expertise with analytical instrumentation (HPLC, UPLC, pH/conductivity, balances, scales)
- Proficiency with instrumentation and control systems (DeltaV, PLCs, DCS, SCADA, DAS, LIMS)
- Ability to interpret and troubleshoot control panel wiring diagrams and electrical schematics
- Experience authoring validation protocols, deviations, CAPAs, and change controls
- Project leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice to have
- Experience with low-voltage control panel wiring and repair
- Knowledge of facility and utility instrumentation systems
- Experience supporting regulatory inspections and defending engineering practices
- GMP biotechnology or pharmaceutical manufacturing background
- Validation and commissioning experience for manufacturing and facility systems
- Experience leading capital projects and instrumentation upgrades
- Track record mentoring technicians and junior engineers
- Continuous improvement, reliability engineering, or asset management experience
