Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field
- 4-5 years operations management or fleet management experience
- Prior experience working in operations for a complex fleet organization
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and gather and analyze information
- Demonstrated ability to identify staffing needs and hire key employees
- Experience tracking operational improvement programs
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
