What they ask for

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 5+ years of software development experience
  • Experience with Ruby, Python, C++, JavaScript, or TypeScript
  • SQL/NoSQL database experience (MySQL/MongoDB preferred)
  • Proficiency in web UI design (HTML, CSS, AJAX, JSON/XML, JavaScript, jQuery)
  • Windows and Linux platform knowledge
  • TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
  • Security+ or DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification
  • Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines
  • Manage Kubernetes clusters across multiple environments
  • Administer and harden on-premise systems
  • Integrate security scanning and compliance checks into CI/CD workflows
  • Implement identity and access management including secrets management and RBAC

Nice to have

  • Experience with VMware/vSphere/vCenter environments
  • Scripting languages including PowerShell, Bash, PowerCLI, or Go
  • STIG guidance implementation and system hardening experience
  • Atlassian tools experience (Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket)
  • Ability to explain complex abstractions and troubleshooting steps
  • Experience working independently while coordinating with teams
