Required
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace, Aeronautical, or Material Sciences)
- 2+ years mechanical and/or structural design experience
- 2+ years creating, executing, reviewing, and managing structural design models
- 2+ years working conceptual, preliminary and detailed design including 2D drawings and 3D deliverables
- 2+ years reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
- 2+ years CAD/CAM software experience
- U.S. Citizenship for security clearance eligibility
- Ability to obtain U.S. Secret Clearance
- U.S. Person status for export control compliance
Nice to have
- 3+ years related work experience or equivalent education/experience combination
- Active U.S. Secret Clearance
- Experience validating or verifying structural models
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Experience with structural design principles for aircraft primary and secondary structures and interior payloads
- UPR/MRB experience in commercial derivative platforms
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
