What this role is
This role leads measurement and strategy for developer productivity at an AI-first company, investigating how AI tools actually change the speed and efficiency of engineering work. It suits someone who combines strong technical data skills with the ability to ask hard questions about causality in a fast-moving space where the metrics themselves are still being invented.

- Comfort presenting data conclusions to engineers that contradict expectations or hypotheses
- Genuine interest in how AI changes software development practices

- Direct experience measuring developer productivity, developer experience, or internal tooling
- Experience measuring adoption or impact of AI-assisted workflows where ground truth was unclear
