Required
- 5+ years experience in electronics, mechanical technology, or equivalent
- Associate degree in Electronics or Mechanical Technology or equivalent knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders
- Knowledge of troubleshooting methods and circuitry
- Manual dexterity and precise hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work with multiple software systems
- US citizenship or permanent residency (ITAR requirement)
Nice to have
- Knowledge of raw materials and production processes
- Understanding of circuit boards, processors, and computer hardware
- Knowledge of practical engineering electronics applications
- Experience cross-training and mentoring less experienced technicians
