Required
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Biomedical Engineering or related field
- Six years of progressive post-baccalaureate engineering experience
- Six years directing cross-functional engineering teams including mechanical, hardware, electrical, and electronics engineers
- Six years leveraging offshore teams to launch electro-mechanical products
- Six years with ISO 9001 and IEC 60601 standards
- Six years with EMC and ESD testing protocols
- Six years designing and validating custom digital, analog, and power electronic circuits
- Six years delivering embedded solutions
- Six years with DFM, DFA, SBD, FPA, and VAVE methodologies
- Six years with plastic injection molding and metal casting processes
- Six years with FMEA and DVP&R
- On site four days per week in Lafayette, CO
