What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
- 10+ years in manufacturing, engineering, automation, robotics, or program leadership in regulated industries
- cGMP experience in Drug Substance or Drug Product manufacturing
- Experience developing business cases and investment estimates
- Demonstrated cross-functional program leadership from concept through implementation
- Understanding of robotics, automation, and manufacturing systems
- Ability to influence without direct authority across matrixed teams
- Knowledge of ISA-95 and ISA-88 industry standards
- Familiarity with Control Systems, SCADA, Fleet Management Systems, and System Integration
- Knowledge of GAMP and Computer System Validation requirements
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
- Experience implementing robotics in GMP, cleanroom, aseptic, laboratory, warehouse, packaging, or manufacturing environments
- Experience managing portfolios of automation or engineering initiatives
- Proven success leading technology adoption in operational environments
