What they ask for
Required
- 5 years of industrial, military, or owner/operator trades experience
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years old
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Basic PC and computer skills
- Machine shop and welding skills
- Pass mechanical written and practical skills assessment
- Flexible to work any shift, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Nice to have
- Food manufacturing experience
- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) experience
- Safe Quality Food (SQF) practices experience
- Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) experience
- Continuous Improvement methodology experience
