Required
- 5-7+ years manufacturing maintenance experience
- Expertise in hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Ability to read electrical schematics and perform electrical troubleshooting with a multimeter
- Leadership experience training and mentoring junior team members
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely
- Pass background check and drug/alcohol screening
- Strict adherence to OSHA and regulatory compliance

- Bachelor's degree or technical certifications in a related field
