What they ask for
Required
- 12 months cable telecommunications, broadband, or similar experience
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and on-call schedule including overtime
- Ability to climb ladders and operate aerial lifts up to 34 feet
- Ability to lift and carry 70 lbs or more
- Ability to stand 50-70% of the time
- Troubleshoot analog and digital optics
- Splice aerial and underground coaxial cable
- Inspect and repair fiber optic equipment
- Knowledge of NEC, NESC, OSHA, FCC, EPA, DOT, ANSI, and applicable state/local codes
