Required
- Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist License
- Associate's degree in laboratory science, biological science, or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Competency in pre- and post-analytical laboratory activities
- Knowledge of CLIA regulations and quality assurance procedures
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of clinical lab experience
- Willingness to act as a preceptor for new staff and students
