Required
- BS with 8 years of relevant experience, or MS with 5 years, or PhD in Engineering, Biology, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, or related field
- Hands-on experience with cell-based bioassays or sample preparation workflows
- Experience in regulated laboratory environments (GLP/GMP)
- Programming and development with laboratory automation software and liquid handlers
- Full-time on-site presence at Norwood, Massachusetts location
Nice to have
- Experience deploying automation systems into GMP environments including validation and change control
- Expertise with mammalian cell culture workflows (maintenance, passaging, expansion)
- Experience with transfection or cell treatment processes
- Plate-based bioassay sample preparation experience (e.g., ELISA)
- Third-party automation hardware experience (cobot arms, decappers, centrifuges, dispensers, sealers)
- Direct experience configuring Hamilton STAR or Vantage systems
- Workcell automation experience with scheduling software such as HighRes Cellario or Thermo CRS Momentum
