What they ask for
Required
- 10+ years leading telecommunications infrastructure or OSP/ISP construction at Director or senior level
- Proven track record building complex fiber networks and conduit systems for data centers
- Deep knowledge of municipal permitting and utility coordination
- Understanding of OSP/ISP standards and fiber optic systems
- Expert proficiency with GIS, CAD, and project management tools
- Experience managing large capital budgets and forecasting expenditures
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field
Nice to have
- PMP or RCDD certification
- OSHA 30 or FOA fiber certifications
- Prior network construction experience with major cloud providers or hyperscale data center operators
- Experience integrating sustainable practices into construction and telecom workflows
