Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field
  • 12+ years of semiconductor, ASIC, SoC, foundry, IP, or complex silicon solution sales experience
  • 5+ years of people management experience leading senior or specialist sales talent
  • Deep knowledge of ASIC market landscape and competitive dynamics
  • Extensive network across ASIC and semiconductor ecosystem
  • Executive-level communication and negotiation skills
  • Global travel capability

Nice to have

  • MBA or advanced technical degree
  • Direct experience in custom ASIC, semi-custom silicon, foundry services, or design services commercialization
  • Experience with hyperscale, cloud, data center, networking, automotive, or HPC customers
  • Understanding of semiconductor business models including NRE structures, wafer supply, packaging, and yield
  • Experience building or scaling geographically distributed sales teams
  • Ability to influence C-level and SVP-level stakeholders
  • Track record negotiating complex strategic agreements and structuring large multi-year opportunities
