What they ask for
Required
- 7+ years selling complex software to enterprise or federal customers
- 3+ years focused on U.S. federal accounts (DoD, Civilian, IC)
- Proven track record meeting or exceeding federal revenue targets of $2M+ ARR annually
- Deep knowledge of federal procurement mechanisms (GWACs, IDIQs, OTAs, BPAs, direct agency contracts)
- Ability to translate technical AI concepts into value for government buyers
- Established relationships across federal agencies and system integrators
- Technical acumen to credibly engage with agency technical decision-makers
Nice to have
- Active or prior U.S. security clearance (Secret, TS/SCI)
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, or similar AI orchestration tools
- Knowledge of FedRAMP, DoD Impact Levels (IL2–IL6), or federal compliance frameworks
- Existing relationships with federal system integrators and resellers (Booz Allen, SAIC, Leidos, Carahsoft)
- Prior experience building a federal GTM motion at early-stage or growth-stage companies
