- Associate degree or equivalent manufacturing operations experience
- Knowledge of continuous improvement processes and problem-solving methods
- Operational knowledge of manufacturing equipment, safety, quality, changeover and preventative maintenance
- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to lead, coach, train and motivate employees
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Nice to have
- Lean training or certification
- Knowledge of basic machine diagnostics
- Understanding of manufacturing/functional group interdependencies across the value stream
