Required

  • 15+ years in banking, insurance, or capital markets consulting and transformation
  • Experience defining current, target, and transition architectures
  • Track record delivering large-scale transformations in digital, core banking, operating models, or regulatory domains
  • Deep knowledge of banking and insurance products, processes, and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and manage complex stakeholder relationships
  • Experience aligning technology architecture with business outcomes and regulatory obligations

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with specific platform suites like Temenos, Avaloq, or Finastra
  • Financial modelling, budgeting, and portfolio prioritization experience
  • Exposure to global or multi-country transformation programs
  • Familiarity with industry frameworks such as TOGAF, BIAN, Zachman, ISO 20022, or SWIFT
  • Background in value realization frameworks and KPI engineering
  • Master's degree in business, computer science, or related field
