15+ years in banking, insurance, or capital markets consulting and transformation
Experience defining current, target, and transition architectures
Track record delivering large-scale transformations in digital, core banking, operating models, or regulatory domains
Deep knowledge of banking and insurance products, processes, and regulatory requirements
Ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and manage complex stakeholder relationships
Experience aligning technology architecture with business outcomes and regulatory obligations

Nice to have

Hands-on experience with specific platform suites like Temenos, Avaloq, or Finastra
Financial modelling, budgeting, and portfolio prioritization experience
Exposure to global or multi-country transformation programs
Familiarity with industry frameworks such as TOGAF, BIAN, Zachman, ISO 20022, or SWIFT
Background in value realization frameworks and KPI engineering
Master's degree in business, computer science, or related field
