What they ask for
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent with 8+ years medical device, clinical, or healthcare experience, or Associate's degree with 6+ years experience, or Bachelor's degree with 4+ years experience
- Valid driver's license
- Reside within assigned Mid Atlantic territory
- Ability to travel 50+ percent within assigned district
Nice to have
- Advanced degree or certification in relevant field
- Product launch and market introduction experience
- Proven track record of physician training and case coverage
- Strong understanding of surgical procedures and medical device technology
- Ability to provide constructive feedback to physicians
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
- Change management skills
