8+ years in finance systems, ERP implementation, or business systems analysis
5+ years hands-on with Workday Financials including Business Assets
Deep expertise in Workday Business Assets configuration (asset books, depreciation, capitalization, CIP tracking)
Hands-on experience with ASC 842 lease accounting in major platforms (CoStar, FinQuery/LeaseQuery, Visual Lease)
Strong understanding of fixed asset accounting, capitalization, useful life determination, and GL reconciliation
Experience managing high-value technology infrastructure assets (data centers, compute hardware)
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Experience with full ERP implementation lifecycles
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Nice to have

CPA certification or strong accounting/finance background with GAAP/IFRS knowledge
Experience with lease portfolios from dedicated platforms
Experience assessing embedded leases in cloud and service contracts
Workday FDM design, Prism Analytics, or Accounting Center experience
Technical familiarity with Claude, SQL, Workday WQL/RaaS, BigQuery, Workday Studio/Core Connector, Python
SOX compliance and internal controls knowledge
Workday Procurement and Supply Chain experience
Prior experience at high-growth tech companies scaling toward IPO
