Required
- Minimum 5 years consulting and implementation experience with complex SAP HCM solutions
- Deep expertise in SAP HCM Payroll configuration including schemas, rules, wage types, and retroactive accounting
- Knowledge of German payroll statutory processes and reporting (ELStAM, DEÜV, rvBEA)
- Understanding of German HR and payroll business processes
- Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
- Experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into SAP solutions
- Ability to perform root cause analysis on complex production issues
- Related module knowledge (PA, OM, PT)
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP HCM integration scenarios involving other SAP and non-SAP systems
- Experience with SAP HR interfaces and reporting
