Required
- 5+ years aerospace manufacturing inspection or quality experience
- Expert use of calibrated metrology equipment and precision hand tools
- Strong GD&T and engineering drawing interpretation
- Thorough inspection capability with strict compliance to standards
- MRB process experience including non-conforming hardware disposition
- Clear cross-functional communication skills
Nice to have
- ASQ CQE/CQIA or IPC-A-610/A-620 certifications
- COPV and avionics hardware inspection experience
- Manufacturing and quality systems proficiency (Jira, MES, ERP, Teamcenter, CAD)
- Ability to take initiative on quality improvement projects
- Organizational skills in ambiguous environments
- Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification
