- Minimum 5 years manufacturing or test engineering experience in Aerospace, Automotive, or Commercial industries
- Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma Methodology experience
- Electro-mechanical manufacturing and drawing knowledge
- Microsoft Office and CAD proficiency
- U.S. citizenship for ITAR compliance
