What they ask for
Required
- 8+ years developing complex electromechanical systems
- Track record launching products under aggressive timelines with lean teams
- Experience scaling products to high-volume production in Asia
- Deep knowledge of injection molding, electronics/sensor integration, and mechanism design
- Experience leading early-stage product development from concept through feasibility prototyping
- Demonstrated ability to hire and manage mechanical engineers
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Willing to travel to China as needed
- Work from San Francisco office 5 days per week
Nice to have
- Proficiency with thermal engineering, fluid systems, actuators, and soft goods
- High-volume consumer hardware experience
