- 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree, or 3+ years with a PhD
- Strategic or operational leadership experience in payments, financial services, fintech, or management consulting
- Understanding of global payments ecosystem, issuing models, and cross-border payment innovations
- Ability to solve complex business problems across product, regulatory, and operational dimensions in multiple jurisdictions

- Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
