- 5+ years enterprise sales experience in state and local government
- Proven track record of driving adoption of emerging technologies in government
- Deep knowledge of state and local government agency missions and technology needs
- Experience navigating state and local government procurement processes and compliance requirements
- Strong record of exceeding revenue targets in government sales
- Extensive experience with state and local government contracting vehicles
- Relationship-building skills across technical and executive levels
- Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders including cloud providers and system integrators
- Familiarity with state-specific data privacy laws and security compliance frameworks
