- Completed at least one full product launch cycle with HCP brand strategy accountability
- Experience developing brand positioning and HCP segmentation in specialty or CNS environment
- Ability to lead diverse teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Track record of building from the ground up
