Required
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, mathematics, business, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive demand planning experience
- 5+ years in manager-level or higher role
- 3+ years of direct key account relationship management
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proficiency with Oracle or similar planning applications
- Advanced forecasting concepts and methodologies knowledge
Nice to have
- Knowledge of demand forecasting systems
- PowerBI proficiency
