Required
- 7–10 years in modeling, simulation, or controls in aerospace or defense
- Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, systems engineering, or related STEM field
- DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one
- Experience with dynamic system modeling and control system design
- Experience with propulsion modeling including solid rocket motors
- Ability to work across functional boundaries and lead engineering tasks
- U.S. citizenship or equivalent authorization for ITAR compliance
Nice to have
- Master's degree in systems engineering or related field
- Prior experience with DoD, MDA, or equivalent government programs
- Experience with thermal and aerodynamic subsystem modeling
- Ballistics performance assessment knowledge
