What they ask for

Required

  • 7–10 years in modeling, simulation, or controls in aerospace or defense
  • Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, systems engineering, or related STEM field
  • DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one
  • Experience with dynamic system modeling and control system design
  • Experience with propulsion modeling including solid rocket motors
  • Ability to work across functional boundaries and lead engineering tasks
  • U.S. citizenship or equivalent authorization for ITAR compliance

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in systems engineering or related field
  • Prior experience with DoD, MDA, or equivalent government programs
  • Experience with thermal and aerodynamic subsystem modeling
  • Ballistics performance assessment knowledge
