  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of enterprise data management, migration, validation, or governance experience
  • 5+ years of SAP implementation or transformation experience
  • Experience leading SAP ECC to S/4HANA Brownfield migrations
  • Strong experience validating SAP master data and transactional data
  • Knowledge of data migration, reconciliation, data quality, governance, and cutover methodologies
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex enterprise settings
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, risk management, and stakeholder management skills
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • US Citizen or Green Card holder

Nice to have

  • SAP S/4HANA Brownfield conversion experience
  • Experience with SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, Information Steward, Data Transition Validation, or equivalent tools
  • Knowledge of master data management, data archiving, retention, and enterprise data governance
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, government, manufacturing, or other regulated industries
