Required
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of enterprise data management, migration, validation, or governance experience
- 5+ years of SAP implementation or transformation experience
- Experience leading SAP ECC to S/4HANA Brownfield migrations
- Strong experience validating SAP master data and transactional data
- Knowledge of data migration, reconciliation, data quality, governance, and cutover methodologies
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex enterprise settings
- Excellent communication, facilitation, risk management, and stakeholder management skills
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- US Citizen or Green Card holder
Nice to have
- SAP S/4HANA Brownfield conversion experience
- Experience with SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, Information Steward, Data Transition Validation, or equivalent tools
- Knowledge of master data management, data archiving, retention, and enterprise data governance
- Experience in aerospace, defense, government, manufacturing, or other regulated industries
