- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 15+ years in real estate development or construction in industrial sector
- Experience managing industrial and warehouse development projects from land acquisition through completion
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Knowledge of soils, civil sitework, construction assemblies, and construction methods
- Proficiency with project scheduling tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Nice to have
- Prior experience as developer, general contractor, civil engineer, or architect
- Experience with build-to-suit and speculative development
- Experience across multiple markets or product types
- Proven ability to negotiate construction and design consultant contracts
- Background in acquisitions and dispositions
