What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years heavy industrial construction safety experience (oil and gas, power generation, or large-scale manufacturing)
- Current OSHA 30-Hour Construction or OSHA 510 certification
- First Aid, CPR, and AED certification
- Deep knowledge of OSHA construction regulations and NFPA 70E
- Ability to influence site leadership and manage safety performance under aggressive timelines
- Physical ability to work full-time on active construction sites including walking long distances, climbing ladders, and working outdoors in varying conditions
- Participation in drug and alcohol program
Nice to have
- Professional certifications such as CSP, ASP, GSP, or CHST
- Prior experience with data center construction or commissioning
- Proficiency with Procore or SafetyCulture/iAuditor
