Required
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of customs, export controls, or related trade compliance experience
- Proficiency in US export regulations including EAR, Census, OFAC sanctions, and Commerce Control List
- Advanced expertise in US customs regulations including valuation and origin determination
- Working knowledge of Canadian and EU import/export regulations
- Experience implementing tariff mitigation strategies
- Ability to travel 25-30% including to San Jose, CA
Nice to have
- U.S. Licensed Customs Broker
- Experience with Oracle, ERP systems, and data visualization tools like Power BI
- Manufacturing environment experience, preferably in life sciences
