Required
- Lift and carry 35–50 lbs frequently and up to 60 lbs occasionally
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach throughout shift
- Maintain positive and respectful attitude working independently and in a team
- Accurately use basic math (counting, addition, subtraction)
- Read labels, tickets, and product documentation accurately
- Operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after training
- Good written and oral communication
- Understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency for safety policies and instructions
Nice to have
- Forklift, Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift certification (Warehouse Worker only)
- Ability to work at heights up to 40 ft (Warehouse Worker only)
