Required
- Ph.D. in quantitative field (Computational Biology, Biostatistics, Statistics, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related) and 1+ years experience, or Master's in relevant field and 3+ years industry experience
- Deep hands-on expertise in digital health data science with wearable/sensor time-series data
- Strong Python skills with production-quality code and version control
- Experience in biomarker or multi-modal data analysis from clinical trials or EHR
- Experience modeling high-dimensional data for time-to-event and longitudinal outcomes
- Familiarity with clinical trial design and drug development processes
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on concurrent projects
Nice to have
- Experience with genomics, proteomics, imaging, flow cytometry, or immunobiology datasets from clinical trials
- Experience with NLP
- Experience with Survival Analysis and time-to-event modeling
- Experience with causal ML and explainable AI
- Knowledge of molecular biology and disease pathways
