- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, technology, or mathematics
- 5+ years of structural hardware design experience
- Fluid, thermal, structural, and mechanical design fundamentals
- Computer Aided Design (CAD) software experience
- GD&T and mechanical drafting experience
- Siemens NX, SOLIDWORKS, or equivalent CAD software proficiency
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, autonomously driven environment
- Drive to meet ambitious schedules with creative solutions
Nice to have

- Full product lifecycle experience from development through production and integration
