- 10+ years of accounting experience
- 7+ years in video games
- Track record building or overhauling revenue recognition frameworks
- Deep knowledge of ASC 606 for novel monetization models
- Experience leading relationships with major publishers and platform holders
- Fluency in deferred revenue modeling, virtual currency accounting, and international royalty structures
- CPA certification
- Comfortable operating with autonomy in ambiguous, high-stakes, fast-changing environments
