Required

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Physics, Chemistry, or Material Science
  • Knowledge of Thermal Anneal or Surface Treatment/Dry Etch processes and equipment
  • Understanding of statistical methods and statistical process control
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows applications
  • Ability to work in cleanroom environment with PPE
  • Structured problem-solving methodology (8D, 7-step, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

Nice to have

  • 2+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience
  • Experience with AMAT, Mattson, LAM, Semes, or Veeco process tools
  • Experience with data analysis software tools
  • Scripting experience in Python, VBA, or equivalent language
