Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Physics, Chemistry, or Material Science
- Knowledge of Thermal Anneal or Surface Treatment/Dry Etch processes and equipment
- Understanding of statistical methods and statistical process control
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows applications
- Ability to work in cleanroom environment with PPE
- Structured problem-solving methodology (8D, 7-step, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Nice to have
- 2+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience
- Experience with AMAT, Mattson, LAM, Semes, or Veeco process tools
- Experience with data analysis software tools
- Scripting experience in Python, VBA, or equivalent language
