- Associate degree or technical certification in electrical maintenance, automation, or robotics, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Minimum 5 years of industrial automation, robotics, or advanced electrical systems experience
- Expertise in Allen-Bradley PLC programming and FANUC robotics
