- Bachelor's degree
- Dante Certified
- 10+ years broadcast production and studio experience
- LED stage and virtual production environment support
- Evertz IP-based router hands-on experience
- SMPTE 2110 IP-based broadcast infrastructure knowledge
- Broadcast transmission workflows expertise
- Studio or broadcast environment track record
- Support both production and broadcast engineering
- Leadership and multitasking in fast-paced environment
- Clear communication across all levels
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and long hours
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- On-site minimum 4 days per week
