What they ask for

Required

  • 7+ years in business development, strategic alliances, or partner management in B2B SaaS
  • Direct hands-on experience with hyperscaler relationships such as AWS Marketplace/ACE or Microsoft Partner Center/AppSource
  • Track record of activating new partner or ecosystem relationships from the ground up
  • Strong business development instincts to identify partners, open doors, and build repeatable motions
  • Ability to work effectively with services partners and build trust quickly
  • Data-driven approach to partnerships with clear success metrics and pipeline tracking
  • Excellent communication skills to translate ecosystem programs into actionable internal plans

Nice to have

  • Experience launching or scaling AWS Marketplace or Microsoft co-sell/AppSource presence for B2B SaaS
  • Familiarity with enterprise PPM, SPM, ITSM, or project management software
  • Existing network within AWS, Microsoft, or hyperscaler partner organizations
  • Experience in high-growth, PE-backed or venture-backed SaaS environments
  • Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor with autonomy and structured approach
  • Comfort using AI tools for research, content, and reporting
