- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics or equivalent industry knowledge
- Minimum 15 years of highly protected risk, specialized industry, or boiler and machinery experience
- Knowledge of commercial property occupancies including light hazard and heavy industrial
- Strong oral and written communication
- Willingness to travel to client meetings and conferences
- Ability to work at heights and perform physical activities up to 8-10 hours daily
- Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs
Nice to have
- Professional Engineer designation
- Certified Fire Protection Specialist designation
- Experience with NFPA and FM standards
