Required
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- 2–4+ years manufacturing engineering experience in complex assembly or electromechanical environments
- Proficiency with 2D/3D CAD software (SolidWorks, SketchUp)
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and their application
- Knowledge of metal fabrication, welding, and mechanical assembly processes
- Ability to solve manufacturing problems using first principles and data-driven analysis
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
- Participation in drug and alcohol safety program
Nice to have
- Experience with Plant Simulation analysis for workflow and throughput modeling
- Green Belt or Black Belt Six Sigma certification
- Experience with ERP/MRP software to manage BOMs and work orders
- Strong drive to identify and continually improve manufacturing processes
