What they ask for
Required
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 5 years facilities or skilled trades maintenance experience in manufacturing or laboratory environment
- Working knowledge in at least two of: electrical systems, HVAC-R, plumbing/pipefitting, boiler/steam systems, wastewater systems, pumps, controls, or RODI/WFI
Nice to have
- Building Management Systems (BMS) experience, preferably Metasys
- Laboratory facility experience
- CMMS experience, preferably Infor EAM
