Required
- 10+ years developing complex electromechanical systems in consumer electronics, automotive, or medical devices
- 2+ years directly managing mechanical and product design engineers
- Track record of launching products successfully on aggressive timelines with lean teams
- Deep knowledge of injection molding, electronics/sensor integration, and mechanism design
- Experience scaling products to high-volume production in Asia
- BSME or equivalent
- Willingness to travel to China as needed
