Required
- 12+ years hands-on software engineering experience with enterprise COBOL development in mainframe or mainframe-emulation environments
- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years related experience, or Master's degree with 10+ years related experience
- Proficiency building applications leveraging mainframe subsystems (Db2, IMS, CICS, IDMS, Datacom)
- Experience leading technical initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Experience with source code management tools such as Endevor and GitHub
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to deliver technical presentations and documentation
- Excellent problem-solving, structural debugging, and data-driven analysis capabilities
- Experience with Agile software development methodology
