- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Healthcare with 9+ years clinical research experience in US/EU trials, OR Master's degree with 12+ years, OR Doctorate with 4+ years
- In-depth knowledge of clinical study design in diagnostics, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals for US and EU markets
- Ability to identify and solve complex clinical trial conduct issues
- Critical review and interpretation of scientific and clinical trial data
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Nice to have
- Experience designing studies for diagnostic technologies (IVD), particularly Clinical Chemistry, Immunoassays, Hematology, Urinalysis, Flow Cytometry, or Biomarkers
- Advanced degree in Science, Healthcare, or Regulatory/Clinical Affairs
- Professional certification in Clinical Research (SoCRA or ACRP)
