- 5-7 years designing and developing products
- Bachelor's degree in Product Design or related field (or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training)
- Engineered knit or sock design experience
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Illustrator
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials
- Ability to manage multiple projects from concept to production
- Deep knowledge of knitting techniques, structures, performance fibers and yarn blends
- Proven track record designing performance-focused socks or knit products
